I'm obsessed with Natalia Kills new video ' Saturday Night '! She always has great visuals for all of her projects and I think thats why I'm a fan...not really into her music so much but she is talented and this song is very hauntingly catchy and dark. I've been trying to hide my secret love for Rihanna but when it comes to her makeup looks and her fashion sense shes pretty hot! I can't even hate! Straight off the press from Temptalia & WWD WWD reports that MAC and Rihanna will be collaborated for four color collections for later on this year. The first product we’ll see is MAC RiRi Woo–inspired by Ruby Woo–that will launch to coincide with her concerts on May 4th and 5th. It will be sold online and at Rihanna concerts.The four collections will be released throughout 2013 will be called RiRi Hearts MAC with a total of 31 stockkeeping units. The summer portion will be sold online, which includes two additional lipsticks, Lustre Drops, and a blush duo. The third will be in stores for fall and feature sixteen products, such as lipsticks, a Lipglass version of RiRi Woo, two eyeshadow palettes, and false lashes. The final installment will be in-stores in time for the holidays with ten products, like nail polish, makeup bag...

Elle is one of those magazines that is always great to me journalistic, editorial,typography, and ad wise they just know how to put together a great magazine that I actually like. If you know me I used to have a huge magazine collection (Elle US, Elle UK, Paris Vogue, Vogue, Interview, etc...) dating back to 2005 until maybe about 2 years ago I took out the time to make inspiration notebooks out of all of them and now I have about 4 to 5 ring binders full of page protected magazine page inspiration! So when I had some extra time in whole foods I was flipping through the pages before work and seen this amazing ad (pictured above) with Jamie & Alison from The Kills and my eyes were automatically drawn to Alison in this emerald green floral button down with her electric dip dyed hair and I instantly fel...

Words can not explain how happy I am with Drew Barrymore launching her own makeup line called ' Flower ' and no its not some lame ass two eyeshadows three lipsticks and one powder compact its a full-on-makeup-line! theres probably over 50 items(don't hold me to that!) in this line! ( photos: Red Carpet Fashion,Glamour ) Its so hard to find Black women as style icons that are actually consistent and relievent in their work that I actually admire and thats really sad to say because there aren't a lot (in my opinion) out there or maybe I'm not looking hard enough but no one has caught my eye yet besides Kerry. Whether she styles herself or has a stylist she always finds a way to make it her own and it doesn't looked forced. Model: Magdalena Frackowiak, Photos;fashiongonerogue I don't think I'll ever not shriek or squeal when any brand or designer does a retro collection or looks. I am overly obsessed with the 60s! Being that I'm just getting into actually buying clothes and actually wanting to look stylish and chic is something new for me...so hopefully I'll be going to H&M and buying some of these pieces! I'm so excited!

Editorial: US Elle January 2013. I love this editorial so much especially the Isabel Marant, and the Giambattista Valli photographs the most. But my only gripe is and what I started to wonder myself was why Jessica Biel?...Yes she's beautiful and now married to Justin Timberlake but I really started to look at her recent looks and it looks like her PR team and stylist are really trying to mold her into a fashion it girl! Besides she wore this stunning dress to the 'Total Recall' premiere in the UK back in August which was stunning! I love this video/mini-film so much Lana del Rey does an amazing job directing in all of her videos! Is it just me or does this song sound like she took some inspiration from Johnny Cash?

ADR preview for her collaboration with H&M. She looks amazing I cant get over it watching this I was in awe for many different reasons... Visit Rookie Mag here . Tavi was on Jimmy Fallon last night and she was amazing! I'm so proud of her success I remember when she was first starting out her blog and she was rapping about Rei Kawakubo for the collaboration for Comme des Garçons and H&M. She's so grown up now and such an inspiration for me that you can do anything you want to do in life, all you have to do is make it happen! I wish her nothing but the best and great sucess with her online magazine! I'm working on my bitch-face now! hahaha I thought I should just throw this one in! the Velvet Goldmine (film). I've been in la la lately and its kind of driving me insane I've been writing alot lately (fashion films) and I have to remind myself that I need to live in reality and bring myself back to some normalcy because I'll get so wrapped up in an idea that I don't do anything else and that can be bittersweet. Any inspiration that I get I have to write it down because if not I'll beat myself up about it later on down the road. I've been loving Stella McCartney as of late its really weird because a couple of years ago I used to love watching fashion shows and would be more then amped up for fashion week but for the last couple of years I don't really care about fashion week in a sense of wanting to see every show and flipping through every look...I used to be so obsessed but now a days I just look online at editorials or if I see a show on someone elses site or blog then I'll check out a collection.
