ODD BEAUTY

Model: Magdalena Frackowiak, Photos;fashiongonerogue I don't think I'll ever not shriek or squeal when any brand or designer does a retro collection or looks. I am overly obsessed with the 60s! Being that I'm just getting into actually buying clothes and actually wanting to look stylish and chic is something new for me...so hopefully I'll be going to H&M and buying some of these pieces! I'm so excited!

Photo: Of Candice Huffine by Damon Baker for S Moda Magazine As I grow up and mature over the year(s) I go through career decisions as many of us young adults do in life and for a couple of years now my mother as well as co-workers and friends suggested to me that I should be a plus size model and I didnt think much of it because one I'm awkward and I hate taking pictures and two being that I never saw myself being a model ever! But you never know its not my main priority right now in life but it is something that I think about from time to time! do you guys ever feel like you want to do everything and you don't know where to start? thats how I feel its like I don't have one career I feel the need to want to do everything (fashion,film,makeup,etc) Photos:fashiongonerogue

Photographs by: Ed Freeman,an L.A. based artist and photographer Creating the series Desert Reality and Urban Reality. The architecture shots are all based on precise forms, very geometrical attention and an accurate selection of colors to transform an ordinary subject in something aesthetically remarkable. The buildings represented are mostly abandoned, captured and then manipulated. The amazing thing is that Freeman previous life was totally different, focused on music, for example he worked as road manager on the last Beatles’ tour, producer, writer of orchestral arrangements. ( Trendland ) When I'm writing ( fashion films ) I'm 90% thinking about where and what the location is for the scene that I'm trying to create. These photos that Ed Freeman took are completley breath taking and are a visual masterpiece! They hardly look like real places (photos:trendland, Visit Ed Freemans site here )

Editorial: US Elle January 2013. I love this editorial so much especially the Isabel Marant, and the Giambattista Valli photographs the most. But my only gripe is and what I started to wonder myself was why Jessica Biel?...Yes she's beautiful and now married to Justin Timberlake but I really started to look at her recent looks and it looks like her PR team and stylist are really trying to mold her into a fashion it girl! Besides she wore this stunning dress to the 'Total Recall' premiere in the UK back in August which was stunning! I've been into alot of subtle golden eye looks, wispy flutter eyelashes and graphic liner. Those 3 combos have been my main go to makeup looks this fall/winter (its weird I'm even calling it that being that here in Texas its 78 degrees!)
