Image
[Photos:Models] Shot By: Daniele Duella and Iango Henzi Hair and concept by Luigi Murenu Styled by i-D fashion director, Charlotte Stockdale You know there's some images that you see that just stick with you? I didn't necessarily want to say 'haunt'...well I could say it was creativley haunting! Kate can do no wrong she-looks-stunning in these pictures featured in i-D's magazine. There are two collections that I could never get tired of Spring 2013 Prada or S/2013 Louis Vuitton! NEVER! even now every magazine and every stylist is using every piece in every editorial I don't care! I love every piece from both collection!

'DJANGO UNCHAINED MINI REVIEW

Image
( (photo:afrobella ) I rarely go to the movies (which is kind of Absurd for someone who loves film) but any chance to go see a Quentin Tarantino movie I'm all in! My thoughts on the film are and if you had to ask me one thing about 'Django is that I thought it was hilarious! I honestly don't see what the big problem is with the film but we all have our issues with films that are dealt with American history or history in general people are going to have a problem with it positive or negative. But back to the film I wouldn't say it was Quentin's best film (pulp fiction is the best film in my opinion). Can we talk? The whole time while I was watching the movie I was wondering what is Quentin's niche? To me it would be his film cuts like for example just to use another amazing director, Wes Anderson he uses alot of symmetry in his films and specific color palettes/filters in his film. But Quentin I can't put my finger on anything else beside his cuts in his...

ADR preview for her collaboration with H&M. She looks amazing I cant get over it watching this I was in awe for many different reasons... Visit Rookie Mag here . Tavi was on Jimmy Fallon last night and she was amazing! I'm so proud of her success I remember when she was first starting out her blog and she was rapping about Rei Kawakubo for the collaboration for Comme des Garçons and H&M. She's so grown up now and such an inspiration for me that you can do anything you want to do in life, all you have to do is make it happen! I wish her nothing but the best and great sucess with her online magazine! I'm working on my bitch-face now! hahaha I thought I should just throw this one in! the Velvet Goldmine (film). Sorry for the shitty quality if you have Netflix you can watch it on instant!

MY TOP 10 FAVORITE FILMS

Image
The apple of my eye, the most amazing director, screenwriter, producer, cinematographer Quentin Tarantino. His eye for details and the way he writes... it really amazes me and for me to say this is nothing because his cult films prove and live up to everything that he creates...I have not seen yet a bad film that he's put out yet! Or maybe thats because I'm such a die hard fan that nothing could be bad, but I highly doubt it. He serves as one of the many inspirations and heroes when it comes to my writing style/lingering work(short fashion films). (photos:google) Gilda is a 1946 American black-and-white film noir directed by Charles Vidor. It stars Glenn Ford and Rita Hayworth in her signature role as the ultimate femme fatale. The film was noted for cinematographer Rudolph Mate's lush photography, costume designer Jean Louis' wardrobe for Hayworth Not only is Rita Hayworth beautiful but when I first seen this movie maybe two years ago I never knew that it wou...

VISIONARY TALE

I'm not going to act like I know who Diana Vreeland previous this post but I knew I'd recognize some of (if not all) of her iconic work I stumbled apoun this trailer on a popular fashion blog that I frequent and decided to check it out. Not only was I stunned about how vibrant and how visual her work was she quickly became one of my icons! I looked up more of her work for Harpers Bazaar and reading a brief about her biography and I was just so amazed The Eye Must Travel—a biopic built around the stellar career of Vreeland, one of the most legendary American fashion editors who ever lived." - fashion bistro check out her site and more information here
